Peep This: the Stash band “Start acting like a man”

If you follow Stash Wyslouch on any social media platform’s, chances are you have an idea of what you are in for when you click play on a new video. Green screens abound, jump cuts, Wyslouch staring at you through your screen and into your soul. The band’s music mirrors the art that they pour into these videos. With occasionally uncomfortable close ups and zooms, it stretches the boundaries of your imagination and consciousness. Trippy? Perhaps thats the word. The blending of genres and truly extending the realms of music with experimentation. Its imaginative, its thoughtful. Music that isn’t just a straightforward mash up of chords and words. Music that makes you think.

When asked about the video Stash simply replied, “”This is the first single off of ‘Chapter 3,’ the song speaks for itself. . .”

Give it a watch, let it wash over you and then pre-order the record via the band’s Kickstarter campaign.

Chapter 3 is The Stash Band’s third album, appropriately named for its chronological significance. Since 2015, when Stash formed the band under the banner of bluegrass meeting heavy metal, the music has taken on a life of its own. Chapter 3 features drummer/vocalist Sean Trischka, fiddle player Duncan Wickel and bass player Max Ridley. The album will be self-released December 12, 2018 in both physical and digital formats.
